Helen Vickers – Consultant
Helen is admitted as a solicitor in the ACT and NSW and has over 25 years’ experience specialising in providing legal services to government institutions and local councils across New South Wales. Helen has expertise in all aspects of public law and public sector governance, including administrative law, statutory interpretation as well as expertise in all aspects of Government procurement and contracting, including the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.
Christine Guirguis – Solicitor
Christine is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and has extensive litigation experience, having acted for both individuals, government and corporate clients.
